Good day po. Nag renew ako ng passport yesterday, nagfill up ako ng form, tapos nung tinawag number ko na pumunta ako doon sa incoder para icheck nila form ko. and then nagbayad ako sa cashier. I thought tapos na ang process kaya I went home and nadala ko ung form kasi nagmadali ako kasi malayo inuwian ko kasi sa Marawi pa po. Ask ko lang po, ok na ba ung apply ko ng passport or kulang pa po ung requirements like mag pa picture pa ba? Etc.

Can you please tell me if there is anything else other that I need other than the marriage certificate? When I visit your office is it done there or will it have to be sent to Manila–then back to me in Bukidnon by DHL? How long does the process take and what are the costs?

good morning po! we have our appointment scheduled for today jan 28, 2017 at 3pm but we have a heavy rains in our area now.. can i re sched my appointment schedule to other dates? is it possible to change it to another dates? or i need to go there this afternoon… ive heard madonna area is having flood already..im afraid i cannot go home after because of the water flooded already at the city. please reply what is the best thing to do.thank you!
