Cagayan de Oro To Implement Barangay Exit Pass Policy

Cagayan de Oro is now in the stage of implementing the “Stay at Home” policy. The Mayor of Cagayan de Oro Mayor Oscar Moreno ordered that all Barangays in Cagayan de Oro will implement the “Barangay Exit Pass” policy which requires anyone to have an Exit Pass in case they will leave their home for essential purposes.

Executive Order No. 062 also states that those reporting for work may only present their employment IDs while residents who need urgent medical attention will not be required one. The Exit Pass is FREE. Read the full text below.
