Northern Mindanao FIFA Football Center

The International Federation of Association Football or FIFA, which known the world’s highest governing body for football is constructing a P21.7 million (US$ 500,000) football field and training center in Northern Mindanao and it’s located at Valencia City Bukidnon and good news for Kagay-anons because its already near to Cagayan de Oro, the ground breaking of the International Federation of Association Football is done last month.

FIFA Ground Breaking

The president of the Bukidnon Football Association announced that on summer of 2013 the construction of the “world-class football center” is the expected to be complete.

The project, the first in Mindanao, is released under the Goal Project 4 grant of FIFA and is meant to “create a bigger base for Philippine football and encourage grassroots development for the sport.”

I’m sure that the football enthusiast and fans will happy for this development because they have now a training place to develop their skills and talents but how about the farmers who used these land before? Do you think they are happy on this development? Just my thoughts for the last sentence.
