After implementing the tagline “Hapsay” of the new administration people of Cagayan de Oro was cooperate and this is a really good. First they implemented is the Wheel Clamps on Illegal parking for those drivers don’t know how to park their cars properly. This is a City Ordinance of 2007 but did not apply to the previous administration; maybe they have reasons why they did not apply it.

The second Ordinance of the Hapsay that was implemented was the road and traffic rules inside divisoria, which includes jaywalking, loading and unloading only in yellow box, park only in white boxes/stripes, Trisikad is not allowed in some Barangay’s of Cagayan de Oro, no sidewalk obstruction and wearing helmets for single motors. These are some of the new rules of Cagayan de Oro, which give a big effect to the Kagay-anons.

With these rules implemented, I can say that practice is the best way to discipline our selves.
