SM Mall 2 of CDO Was Named Premier
Beside Tune Hotel is the 2nd SM Mall of Cagayan de Oro which sources confirmed the named of this building. The SM mall will carry the name “Premier” according to Press Release. The SM Mall Premier of Cagayan de Oro will be completed on year 2016 and the project will kick off on June 2014 with ground breaking.
july na ngayon bakit hindi pa nag. groundbreaking? baka sa totoo lang 2016 pa simulan ang construction nito.. ang reason ay malaki daw ang tax nito kaya 2016 pa to sisimulan.. kinuha ko tong info sa aking panayam sa gwardiya doon sa lot ng sm premier..
actually i’ve heard too from businessmen that sm premier will not push thru this year after elections na nila simulan sa 2016 kasi masyadong malaki ang tax ang hinihingi ng city of cagayan de oro… tsk3x…
