Rumor: Teleperformance Call Center To Open in Cagayan de Oro

Good news to all currently working but needs to find a new working environment, resigned but now needs a new income source and to those recently graduated students who needs experience and yes, an income to support their family and needs; Teleperformance will open here in Cagayan de Oro City. With Teleperformance coming in the city of Cagayan de Oro, it would surely compete with Concentrix. With this competition I’m pretty sure that the salary amount will increase to all our friends and relatives who were working in call center.

I heard a rumor that Teleperformance Call Center Company will be opening in Cagayan de Oro. This Teleperformance is a global customer service, technical support, calls center, debt collection and social media company with headquarters in Paris, France. Teleperformance has also branches in Manila, Cebu, Davao and now Cagayan d de Oro.

Teleperformance Call Center will open at 4th and 5th floor of Centrio Ayala Mall. The good news of this is that, Teleperformance will allocate 2000 agents in Cagayan de Oro branch.

More job opportunities for our fellow Kagay-anons as the company will allocate 2000 agents for their branch here in Cagayan de Oro. Fresh graduates will now have a chance to find their first job opportunity. Imagine if these 2000 people from Cagayan de Oro will go to other places to look for a job? This is also a good source of income or revenue for the city of which should help build good road infrastructure and make use to build and planned the flooding issues in the City.

Teleperformance Call Center is one of those call center companies which will expand their business in Cagayan de Oro. I heard 4 more will open in Cagayan de Oro but they are still negotiating on it.

More and more business will be built in Cagayan de Oro in the near future. CDO development will be really soaring high with investors and business opportunities and sooner in the near future Cagayan de Oro will become Metro Cagayan de Oro.

    • I hope TP CDO will give chance to others dili lang taga Concentrix ilang i-absorb. They should build their own for them to grow and flourish.

  • Good! This will break the monopoly of Concentrix. For years, they tend the applicants of their so called "provincial rate" to which I find is B.S. Once you're in, you'll experience the by product of corrupt director and managers where the incentives are all time low. That's why I resigned years ago

    • nganu man ga maam ug sir ang mga agents sa Concentrix? Sa Manila, Cebu, Davao nga mga centers kay Miss, Sir or Boss man. I hope TP CDO will not have that culture. Hope nga medyo daku pud ang basic pay dli pareha sa Linksys nga patay trabaho gamay basic pay ug walay hustisya nga sales incentives. Truly a monopoly.
