The City Tourism of Cagayan de Oro and Cultural Affairs Office, led by City Tourism Officer Elmer Wabe, spearheaded a clean-up drive at FS Catanico Falls last April 25 in an effort to preserve and protect its natural beauty, thus, enticing foreign and local tourists to explore the falls‘ pristine, cool waters this summer.
It is located in Barangay F.S. Catanico, it is a small narrow falls surrounded by magima stone boulders.
Personnel from the City Public Services Office (CPSO), City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), City Engineering Office (CEO), barangay officials and volunteers also joined in the cleaning activity
