Representatives from Hapsay Sapa team led by Patrick Gabutina, Barangay Council of Barangay 22, Cagayan de Oro Water District and Cepalco recently held a joint site ocular inspection for the easement of the 2nd phase of Linear Park project along Bitan–ag Creek in Barangay Lapasan this city.
This is part of the city’s preparation for the groundbreaking of the project on May 31, 2017.
