Cagayan de Oro Hapsay Road and Traffic Rules
The new administration is really serious on their tagline “Hapsay”. After implementing the wheel clamps in the City of Cagayana de Oro, they are now bringing back the City Ordinances on traffic that Kagay-anons should follow or else you will be fined with every traffic rules you disobey. Few months ago we noticed the Hapsay team clears the sidewalk vendors and private vehicles which were not parked in the designated areas.
Putting marks in the road is a great idea to determine where to stop and where to park. These traffic rules are absolutely important to everybody to avoid traffic in Cagayan de Oro. This implementation will not become successful if everybody will not cooperate, let’s practice this City Ordinances on traffic. So follow the divisoria Hapsay road rules. Check the rules below:

Naa na ba’y City Ordinance regarding sa sidewalk sa DvSoria about sa pag comply sa standard width which is 1.2m?
When we are talking about the sidewalks vendors in DV soria, they now in proper place where they can’t disturb the traffic around DVsoria. I think they don’t have yet ordinance for sidewalk vendors around DV but if they have I did not know yet the details.. 🙂
