New Business Plates of Cagayan de Oro

The new administration has good intention to the City to the new rules that they are implemented for the passed few months in the City of Golden Friendship and we know they look forward for more businessman and investors in Cagayan de Oro. But one of the new rules that are implemented right now is the Taxation to all business in the City from old to new business. Because of this taxation more companies in Cagayan de Oro is now contemplating on closing or move elsewhere if city hall insists on strictly implementing the Tax Code of Cagayan de Oro which was approved in 2003.

Because of this quick implementation the businessman and investors of Cagayan de Oro worried about their business in the City. The strict implementation of taxation gain critics and complains on the subject of the increasing the payments.

Aside on this taxation that was approved last 2013, the current administration is now shifting the violate business plate into yellow business plate which already predict by businessman except for the mayor’s profile photo on it.

I would like to ask if the face of the current Mayor needs to be printed to the business permit? Is his face can help to grow the business of the investors and businessman in the City? Why he needs to put his face in the business permit? Just my opinion..
