Rumor: SM Premier Downtown Will Connect Overpass to Limketkai Mall

A few months from now SM Premier Downtown will be open which they are targeting the month of May and more job opportunities to Kagay-anons when this mall open. It’s nice to hear that Limketkai and SM downtown is already talking about their future plans which both of them can benefit of this overpass to connect them. SM Premier Downtown will have 2 Director’s Club Cinemas, which will be the first in Cagayan de Oro

LimBros and SM already have a done deal about an overpass that will connect their two malls. The proposed overpass/bridge will be between SM CDO Downtown Premier’s multilevel park building and LKK’s Gateway Twin Tower Office Building.
