Cagayan de Oro Boxing Team Overall Champion

Congratulation to our fellow Kagay-anons for being the overall champion during the Philippine National Games (PNG), which held at Manila. The Amateur Boxing athlete from Cagayan de Oro headed by Coach Elmer Pamisa bagging the overall championship. The Amateur Boxing Team bringing home 5 gold medals, 9 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.

 The gold medalists are Mark Lumbab, Falcon Cris Ocaña, Fresco Carcosia, Judely Casin and Shera Mae Jacinto. While silver medalists are Carlo Paalam, Junil Pamisa, Elaide Pamisa, Angelica Dadole, Dannel Maamo, Beverly Casero, Jeanvee Flores, Margie Waga and Kimberly Labajo. Boxers who captured bronze medals are Jason Daming, Sugar Ray Ocaña ug Marvin Esquierdo.

We hope that the local government will continue supporting these athletes and sports enthusiasts until they will reach the goal of their athlete career.
