Congrats Davao and Cagayan de Oro

There are 145 cities in the Philippines as of December 2015. Davao and Cagayan de Oro performed better than 139 cities in the country, ranking as giants along with Cebu and the cities in Metro Manila. These cities were ranked according to Economic Dynamism, Infrastructure, and Government Efficiency. Population and land area have no effects in this ranking.

Cagayan de Oro and Davao both belong to top 10 highly-urbanized cities in the Philippines. National Competitive Council with its annual Cities and Municipalities Competitive Index revealed Davao ranked 5th and Cagayan de Oro ranked 6th among more than a hundred of cities in the Philippines. Kudos to both cities!
