Is CityMall and S&R Trigger Ayala Land To Develop Their Properties?

We know that Cagayan de Oro for the past few years is really doing great and booming into business. The CDO development is from the center of Cagayan de Oro, from East to West of Cagayan de Oro big companies are started constructing their owned building. This year, many investors and big business companies are trying to expand in our city even the real estate industries are willing to expand in our city even the tourism, service and manufacturing sectors in the city are already booming and because of this most probably BPO sector will follow too.

CityMall and S&R are among of those big companies who came to Cagayan de Oro to expand their business and would like to serve the Kagay-anons. But I was thinking that, is the CityMall and S&R will trigger the Ayala Land Corporation to develop their properties somewhere in West side of Cagayan de Oro.

Ayala Land has a gigantic property in the west side of Cagayan de Oro somewhere in Bulua and this property was under in land banking for 2 decades or almost 2 decades. The good news is that the new diversion road from Kauswagan to Opol is jut finished which is a promising area for business capitals to invest or to develop their properties along this area.

If you will pass at the diversion road of Bulua terminal you see the development of the world-class water park that owned by Mr. Elpidio Paras, which has 5 hectares themed water park facility and it is expect to be done by 2nd quarter of 2016.
